Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The City of Quincy has an  Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Perspectives that provides a variety of counseling, consultations, resources, and coaching benefits for you and your family members. Your EAP benefits are cost-free to you, confidential, and available 24/7/365. Every employee gets 4 free sessions per year. Please contact HR for the employee code.

The City of Quincy offers a 457(b) Plan. Investments go through Voya Financial.
