TIF Joint Review Board Membership shall, per statutory requirements, consist of the following representative taxing districts:

TIF Joint Review Board Membership shall also include one Public Member appointed to serve on the Board.
The Quincy Public Library is not a representative taxing district, though representatives may attend meetings. Membership is not extended to the Great River Economic Development Foundation or the Historic Quincy Business District, though representatives may also attend meetings.
