Tuesday, December 30, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. until Wednesday, December 31, 2025, 3:00 p.m. Elm Street between N. 28th and N. 30th will be CLOSED TO THRU TRAFFIC.

Motorists are reminded to take extra caution while driving near work zones and are encouraged to use
