The City of Quincy will hold a public hearing at its City Hall, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, Illinois, on September 21, 2026, commencing at 7:00 p.m., on behalf of the City and the State of Illinois, regarding a proposed plan of finance, including the issuance by the City of its general obligation bonds in the aggregate principal amount of $10,000,000 (the “Bonds”).

Bradmoor Drive Construction

Bradmoor Drive Construction -

Beginning on Monday, September, 21st , construction is scheduled to start on Bradmoor Drive in Quincy.

Bradmoor Drive is located east of South 24th Street just north of Cherry Lane.

The construction consists of sewer repairs, gutter and driveway replacement, followed up by reusfacing of

the street.

The street will be open to residential traffic.

Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are asked to drive carefully and watch for workers when in the

construction zone.
