Quincy Residents: Sign Up for CodeRED Alerts

The City of Quincy is now using CodeRED to deliver fast, reliable notifications to our residents. This system will be used for boil orders, water service interruptions, road closures, public safety updates, airport announcements, and more. 

Two Ways to Sign Up:

• Online Portal: https://accountportal.onsolve.net/quincyil
• Text to Enroll: Text QUINCY to 24639 and the signup link will be sent directly to your phone.

Save These Numbers To ensure you recognize official alerts from the City of Quincy, please save these in your contacts:

• Voice Alerts: 206-536-3695
• Text Alerts: 24639 If you receive a call or text from these numbers, it is an official alert from the City.
