Quincy Transit

The Quincy Transit Lines offers fixed route services, paratransit services, and senior citizen transportation in the City of Quincy.

Quincy Township Assessor

The Quincy Township Assessor assesses the value of real property based on state law, which requires assessments to be 33⅓% of the fair market value.

The Township Assessor does not handle taxes; they do not estimate, calculate, or change property taxes.

Engineering Department duties include planning, designing, cost estimation and supervision construction of infrastructure improvements in the city.

The employees of the City of Quincy are its most valuable resource. The HR Department is responsible for coordinating the selection, hiring, evaluation, promotion, training, and development of qualified personnel.

Public Works

The Department of Public works is comprised of the Central Services, Engineering, and Utilities departments. Collectively, these departments are responsible for maintaining essential infrastructure and providing services that impact the quality of life for Quincy residents.

Quincy Police Department

The Police Department provides residents with a high level of public safety services including general patrol activities, as well as traffic control. The Police Department also conducts a Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program for children attending all Quincy elementary schools.
