Personnel Handbook

The Personnel Handbook is designed to provide employees with information about working conditions, employee benefits, and key policies related to employment with the City of Quincy.

The handbook has been updated, and hard copies will be distributed to all current employees and new employees. From time to time the handbook will be updated to reflect the most current legislature. When the handbook is updated for this reason, all employees will be provided the updated policy and will also need to sign an acknowledgment of the policy updates. 

We have updated the FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) to include contact information for the WHD in line with what is offered on the FMLA poster. Updated in handbook on July 21st, 2026.
