Partial Road Closure - North 24th & Broadway

Please be advised of upcoming traffic impacts due to the Broadway Water Main Replacement project, beginning on Thursday, October 9, 2025. The northeast quadrant of the intersection will be closed.

Northbound traffic on N. 24th (IL 96) at Broadway will not be allowed to continue straight across Broadway to the north.

Southbound traffic on N. 24th (IL 96) at Broadway will not be allowed to turn left and go east.

Eastbound traffic on Broadway (IL 104) will not be allowed to turn left and go north.

Westbound traffic on Broadway (IL 104) will not be allowed to turn right and go north.

This closure is needed so that the workers can safely decommission the old water main below the intersection. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

When
