The Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1108 represents employees in the City of Quincy Transit Department.

The International Association of Fire Fighters Local 63 represents sworn Fire Department personnel working for the City of Quincy.

The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers District 9 Local Lodge 822 represents laborers and clerical administrative staff across multiple City of Quincy departments, including Airport, Central Services, Police, and Utilities.
