Quincy Downtown II Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Plan
The City of Quincy has announced the proposed Quincy Downtown II Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Plan and Program. The proposed Quincy Downtown II TIF Project Area is generally bound by 9th Street to the East, Broadway Street to the North, 5th Street to the West, and York Street to the South. The Project Area will also include parcels on the south side of Maine Street from 4th Street to 5th Street. The Project Area consists of 185 parcels containing 145 buildings.
