Did you know that you can manage your City of Quincy utility account, including paying your bill, online? Create an account with the City of Quincy Utility Billing ePay to receive e-notifications of new bills, to view billing and consumption history, to schedule payments using your bank or credit card account, and much more!
Setting up your online account is easy! All you need is your current utility bill showing your Account Number, Bill Date, and Due Date, as seen here:
Next select the Access Your Account option to the left, or click the following link: Utility Billing ePay Account Access. You will be redirected to the online payment application, which contains instructions for creating a new account. Don't forget to view the Help page with any questions, or contact Support at email@example.com.

Payments will also be accepted in person at the Department of Utilities, and via mail. Account questions may still be directed to the Department of Utilities by calling 217-228-4580. The Department of Utilities is located in Quincy City Hall, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, IL. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
