Q: Is there a fee to make online payments?
A: There is no fee to pay online via the City of Quincy's Utility Billing and Miscellaneous Invoice ePay applications. The City of Quincy covers all credit card and check processing fees as a courtesy to the residents.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: The City of Quincy ePay applications accept most major credit cards (Discover, Mastercard, and Visa), as well as electronic checks. Payments are processed by Paymentus Corporation.

Q: Can I manage multiple accounts with one user profile?
A: Yes! Once you have created an account, you can associate multiple accounts with your user profile. You will need the most recent statement for every account that you manage to provide validation information confirming your authorization to associate each account.

Q: Which Internet Browser will work with online payments?
A: Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer will work with the online payment software.  However, Chrome and Firefox will give the best performance and look while using the software.
