PAYMENT METHODS

Payments may be mailed or brought into the city treasurer’s office from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is a drop box located in the 8^th street entrance foyer.

In October 2001 the city of Quincy started accepting credit cards as payment for parking tickets, water bills and accounts receivable. Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card may be used.

In November 2001 automatic withdrawal from your bank account was added. Please click here to download the form. Attach a voided check and mail the completed form to:

In October 2002 the city partnered with the Illinois State Treasurer’s Office E-Pay program. This allows you to pay using the Internet. A user fee is charged.

In March 2004 the City Treasurer's Office began accepting water payments for a convenient central location to make all payments.

Effective May 1, 2009:

Federal Regulation 16 CFR Part 681 requires a photo ID or password to access information regarding your account.
