Lieutenant Jack Ray was recognized with the 2011 Quincy Fire Department Leadership Award during an event held on January 7, 2012. Lieutenant Ray is a thirteen-year veteran of the department, starting in June 1998. He was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on May 3, 2005. Lieutenant Ray is a paramedic and serves as the Pre-Fire Planning Service Officer.
