PETITIONS

By the following organizations requesting permission to conduct a raffle and have the bond requirements waived: Blessed Sacrament Catholic School/Parish from August 1st to September 11th; Knights of Columbus from now to August 15th; Madonna House from now until June 28, 2011. The City Clerk recommends approval of the permits.

By Friends of the Trails requesting permission to have “No Parking” signs placed along city right-of-way on both side of 18th Street in front of Bob Mays Park from the bridge to Koch’s Lane on August 21st from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for their 5th Annual Fun’d Ride.

By Stubby’s Tavern, 1517 N. 3rd, requesting permission to waive Section 18.039(4) (Permitting open liquor to leave licensed premises) for a Retirement Party with live music, in a fenced in, one entrance, area outside from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on August 7th on their lot behind the tavern.

By Stubby’s Tavern, 1517 N. 3rd, requesting permission to waive Section 18.039(4) (Permitting open liquor to leave licensed premises) for a Benefit for Veronica Blake with live music, in a fenced in, one entrance, area outside from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on August 15th on their lot behind the tavern.
