City of Quincy ILLINOIS

Present:  Ayers, Doan and Wentura.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as written.

Commissioners signed Chief Henning’s evaluation report.  They will provide a copy to him at the next scheduled monthly update.

The Commissioners then moved to the Council Chamber where they participated in the Open Meetings Act training.  Chairman Ayers took the test and was awarded his certificate from the Attorney General’s Office.  Doan and Wentura will come into City Hall tomorrow to take their tests.

There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
