Quintero II to extend the C1B District south to the south line of the property at 2002 Maine St. pursuant to Section 11. 706 of the Municipal Code of the City of Quincy (Powers of the Board of Zoning Appeals).  Ward:  4   Tabled from the June 2010 meeting.

4. Public hearing requested by Sandra L. Bruening to vary requirements of Section 29.1411 to allow attached signage to be located on the west wall of the building at 1857 Broadway (Bruening Heating and Air Conditioning).  Zoned:  C2   Ward:  4

5. Public hearing requested by Todd Aschemann to vary the side yard requirement on the north side of the property from 5 feet to 1 foot and the rear yard requirement from 25 feet to 6 feet sign to build an attached garage at 215 North 14^th St.  Zoned:  R3   Ward:  7
